Dr. Satish Pai is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Orthodontics at Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine.

Dr Pai completed a Master of Science (M.S) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) from Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine. Dr Pai also completed a Master of Public Health (M.P.H) from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Dental Surgery (M.D.S) in pediatric and preventive dentistry from the National University of Ireland, University College Cork, Ireland.

Dr Pai has published extensively in international specialty journals, and contributes as a reviewer as well. Dr. Pai has been a dedicated teacher at Columbia University for almost 9 years.

Dr Pai is board eligible with the American Board of Orthodontics and an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr Pai has received numerous awards in orthodontics including the Ernest Haas Scholarship for academic achievement in Orthodontics Postgraduate studies and the Henry Nahoum award for excellence in Craniofacial studies. Recently in 2010 he was awarded the Faculty First Award national award by the American Association of Orthodontics.
