Back in 2015 I signed up for a year long program to grow my photography business. The first month we discussed mindset and it was like a light bulb went off! I was hooked and happily went down the rabbit hole of personal development! 🙂
One of my favorite tools was, and still is journaling. Back then I had no clue what to write but today the pen seems to flow effortlessly. I am so passionate about journaling and have seen many positive effects from it. I’m so excited to share what I’ve been doing so you too can create positive changes in your own life.
The most impactful example I can give you from my life is when I was diagnosed with HPV throat cancer back in April 2018. On May 4, 2018 I had my surgery – these were taken right before going into surgery and right after getting out. No – it’s not an ad for Zico! 🙂
Does that look like the face of someone who is anxious and freaked out?!? No way!! I attribute how I handled that whole experience to being diligent about my journaling and mindset practice. It’s a non negotiable in my life. It’s truly that important!

How long is the course?
The live round will span over 3 weeks. Stay tuned for next starting date!
Do I have access to the course right away?
Once the live round starts, you’ll get access. Each week new content will be added to the course page so as not to overwhelm you all at once. Once the 3 weeks is over all of the course material will be available on the course page for you to go back to at your convenience.
What happens after the 3 weeks?
You will still have access to the Facebook group and the course so you can go back to any of the videos and course materials at any time.
Is there a chance to ask questions?
Yes! We’ll have 3 live calls within the 3 weeks of the course plus there’s a facebook group
Will the live calls be recorded?
Yes so you’ll be able to go back and listen!
I'm not a writer, will journaling still work for me?
Yes! You do no need to be a professional writer! No one will be checking your grammar or spelling! 🙂
Should I continue to journal even after the course is over?
Yes – I highly encourage you to make journaling a daily practice!
I never know what to write - will you help me figure it out?
Yes! I’m including lots of journaling prompts!
Do I have to have a business to take this course?
No – but he concepts we discuss can be applied to life and your business if you have one
I'm very busy - will journaling take a lot of time each day?
No – that’s the great thing! It only takes a few minutes each day. It’s so well worth it!
